曾辉 博士

曾辉,河南信阳人,中共党员,副教授,新能源材料与器件专业系主任,专业方向带头人,BB贝博艾弗森学报青年编委,硕士生导师(2026年聘)。厦门大学博士,武汉大学硕士,湖南大学、南方科技大学等访问学者,并荣获2024年“优秀国内访问学者”等称号。全国本科毕业论文(设计)抽检评审专家库专家,湖南省量子科技学会会员。

近年来基于第一性原理计算结合机器神经网络深度学习,针对高导电p型氧化镓的设计与机理研究,以第一作者/通讯作者在国际权威期刊Nano Energy、Chemical Engineering JournalJournal of Physics D: Applied PhysicsACS Applied Nano MaterialsFrontiers of PhysicsEuropean Physical Journal Plus等发表SCI论文30余篇;参与教材编撰1Computational Condensed MatterMaterials Science and Engineering BPhysica Status Solidi-Rapid Research LettersCurrent NanoscienceSCI期刊审稿人

主持校教改项目(2026)、湖南省教育厅重点科研项目(2025)、湖南省高校重点实验室基金重点项目(2025)、湖南省自然科学基金(2024),永州市指导性科技计划项目(2024)、湖南省教育厅优秀青年科研项目(2023)等项目。参与国家自然科学基金、省自然科学基金、省教育厅重点、省教改项目多项。指导学生在湖南省大学生物理竞赛(专业组)、“九斗杯”全国大学生物理竞赛等获奖十余项。市高层次人才,“优秀班主任”、“工会积极分子”等称号。
